Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
You get a free 3-day demo before you pay a rupee — that is your chance to decide. So after payment, refunds are for two things: when we fall short of what we promised, and genuine situations we will always hear out.
The short version
- You try the first 3 days free. Decide before you pay — that is what the demo is for.
- If we fail to deliver what we assured — we cancel, we cannot run your batch, or the program is not what we promised — you get a full refund.
- If the batch start is delayed, we move you to the next batch — a delayed start means rescheduling, not a refund.
- Hit a genuine situation after paying? Tell us. We listen to what happened and decide fairly, case by case.
- Simply changed your mind after paying, or stopped showing up? No refund — you had the free demo to decide.
You try before you pay
The free 3-day Linux demo is your trial. There is no payment to attend it, and no obligation to continue. Decide during or right after the demo — that is the moment to walk away at no cost. Once you choose to pay, you have already seen exactly how we teach.
If we fail to deliver
If we cancel your batch, cannot run it, or do not deliver the program we promised you, you get a full refund — no conditions, no arguments. You may instead choose to move to the next batch at no extra cost; that choice is yours, not ours.
A delay in starting your batch is not a failure to deliver — if the start is pushed back, we allocate you a seat in the next batch and run it in full. That is handled by rescheduling, not by a refund. Likewise, a single session postponed and rescheduled is not a cancellation. Either way, you always get the complete program you paid for.
Genuine situations — we will hear you out
Life happens. If something real comes up after you have paid — a medical emergency, a family situation, something genuinely outside your control — message us and tell us plainly what happened. A real person reads it, and we decide fairly on the facts. This is considered case by case: it is not an automatic right, but it is a genuine one, and we would rather find a way — a refund, a pause, or a move to a later batch — than leave you stuck.
When a refund does not apply
- You changed your mind after paying, with no failure on our side and no situation to explain — the free demo was your window to decide.
- You stopped attending without telling us. Tell us what is going on and we will work with you; go quiet and we cannot.
- You could not attend because of your own connectivity, hardware or schedule. We will help with recordings and catch-up, but this alone is not grounds for a refund.
- You completed the program, or received your certificate.
- Your enrolment was ended for unlawful use of what we taught, for harassment, or for sharing paid material — as set out in our Terms.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email cybilution@gmail.com with your name, the course, the date you enrolled, and — if it is a personal situation — what happened. The more honestly you tell us, the better we can help.
We will respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. We do not deduct a processing fee.
If you disagree with our decision
Reply and say so. A real person reads it, and if we have got it wrong we will change our answer.
Questions about this policy?
Ask before you pay, not after. We answer on WhatsApp during the day and by email within two working days.
